Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, execution, and analysis of SEO projects and roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities for organic traffic and revenue growth through optimization of site architecture, keyword selection, on-page factors, and scalable content.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing data to derive actionable insights for continuous improvements.
  • Develop SEO A/B tests to ensure changes made for SEO positively impact traffic, revenue, and other KPIs.
  • Identify new and emerging SEO trends, opportunities, best practices, and industry updates.
  • Participate in site audits, algorithm analysis, and keyword research to inform growth strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of websites and SERPs to identify opportunities for our top keywords.
  • Determine the most suitable categories for publishing our articles, aligning with our specific keywords and target audience.
  • Work in various verticals, including iGaming, dating, software, health, and finance.
  • Utilize your experience in sponsored posts to select websites that align with our criteria and have the highest chance of ranking.
  • Develop creative strategies to discover new websites that meet our criteria, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of our current sponsored articles, flagging any that are not responding well and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Work closely with content, design, global engineering (development), and product teams to ensure consistency in SEO strategy and implementation across properties.
  • Coordinate with the product and UX design teams to optimize user experience and drive maximum value.

Qualifications:

  • Proven managerial experience in leading SEO projects
  • Effective communication across all levels of the organization with a strong ability to communicate insights and recommendations both up to senior management and down to team members.
  • Significant experience in developing and implementing user-generated content (UGC) strategies. This includes the ability to leverage UGC to enhance SEO performance and drive organic traffic.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, etc. and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
